Terms that apply to Amazong content, outbound links and the private Traffic Engine.

1. Informational publication
Amazong provides product-discovery, comparison and buying-guide content for general informational purposes. Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, inclusion does not mean that DeosArt personally purchased, tested, certified or guarantees the product.
2. No retailer relationship
Amazong does not sell the products shown on the site and does not process shopper payments, shipping, returns, warranties or retailer customer service. The seller/retailer terms displayed at the destination control the transaction.
3. Accuracy and availability
We aim for useful and accurate content, but prices, stock, specifications, compatibility, promotions and seller details can change. Verify material information with the manufacturer or retailer before purchase or use.
4. Affiliate relationships
Some links are affiliate links. Amazong/DeosArt may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing the shopper’s price because of that commission. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Pinterest integration
The Amazong Traffic Engine is an internal business publishing tool for an authorized DeosArt administrator. Draft Pin ideas may be generated automatically inside Amazong, but publishing or scheduling through the Pinterest API requires explicit administrator selection/approval of the specific Pin. The tool must not be used to scrape Pinterest, obtain other users’ credentials, simulate engagement, evade rate limits or perform actions a user did not knowingly request.
Pinterest is a third-party service. “Pinterest” and related marks belong to Pinterest, Inc. Amazong is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pinterest except for use of authorized developer interfaces under Pinterest’s applicable terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Amazong, its private admin tools or integrations to violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, security controls or intellectual-property rights; distribute malware or spam; scrape restricted services; or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual property
Amazong branding, site design and original editorial text are protected to the extent permitted by law. Product names, images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification/editorial purposes or under applicable permissions.
8. External services
External websites and platforms are responsible for their own content, security, availability, privacy practices and terms. Links do not create a warranty or endorsement unless expressly stated.
9. Limitation and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amazong and DeosArt are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on changing third-party product information or the availability of external services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
